We want you to love your ororo apparel, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that certain promotional or final sale items may be ineligible for return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

  Ship the Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
